瑞典的最新研究顯示,每天服用綜合維他命的中老年婦女,罹患乳癌機率較其他女性提高19%。國內有醫師認為,攝取維生素還是以天然蔬果最好,特別是已罹患 乳癌,更不建議補充保健食品,也有醫師建議,服用綜合維他命,最好一天不超過一粒。

不鼓勵補充保健食品
有些乳癌病友擔心飲食不均衡,而攝取綜合維他命。常傳訓說,乳癌病友常需要化療、電療,服用維他命可能增強或是抵消藥物作用,因此不鼓勵乳癌患者服用保健 食品。

回覆刪除我比較保守的認為,綜合維他命僅可以作為日常飲食的補充。很多人因為工作太忙,以為沒空煮飯,服用綜合維他命以後就可以心安了。我不相信這種認知。雖然我也服用基本營養素和鈣鎂片等,但是都只服用一半的量,因為我希望自身的工作系統正常運行。
回覆刪除您的觀念很正確, 維他命在歐美被定位為 Nutritional Supplement. 所謂 Supplement 即是"補充品", 也就是補充日常飲食的不足. 維他命從來不是用以"取代"日常飲食的, 供需平衡原理, 端視您身體消耗的是否能從其中補充回來, 不足的部份即是要靠維他命.
回覆刪除另外您提到自身的工作系統正常運作, 別忘了, 維他命等微量營養素就是讓身體正常運作的必要原料喔~ 一旦缺乏, 久而久之慢性病就會開始產生的
